Hours: 10 to 15 hours per week

Role Overview
The Administration Assistant – Front of House will be the first point of contact for visitors to The Midleton Hub. This role combines reception duties, administrative support, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is organised, friendly, and efficient, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients, visitors, and service users in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to queries, and direct calls appropriately.
Manage the Hub’s email inbox and correspondence.
Schedule and manage appointments for therapists and other staff.
Maintain accurate client and office records in line with GDPR and confidentiality policies.
Assist with general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Support the coordination of events, workshops, or community initiatives hosted at the Hub.
Ensure the front office and reception area are tidy, safe, and welcoming.
Essential Skills and Attributes

Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work independently while supporting a small team.
DesirableExperience working in a community, healthcare, or charity environment.
