My client, a well known Irish Business is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team and current members with licensing applications and any daily enquires,
• Daily support of office administration/ operations of the office.
• Prepare and schedule quality review visits to member firms, servicing all quality review team meetings including timely issue of agenda and papers, production of minutes.
• Collate and present information required for reporting to external regulators
• Maintaining visit diary for the Review Team.
• As knowledge is gained, select, and advise appropriate products to customers

The successful candidate would preferably have

Minimum of 3 year’s recent relevant experience working in a similar role.

Along with:

• Proficient computer skills, ideally Microsoft Office
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident to communicate internally and externally
• Be a motivated self-starter but able to take instruction.
