HR Business Partner New

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced and commercially minded HR professional to join a high-performing HR team for a 12‑month contract in North West Dublin, 4 days onsite and 1 remote.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering HR initiatives that support business performance, while ensuring best practice across areas such as talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Working as part of a collaborative HR function, this role offers both strategic exposure and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders, supporting people decisions and building management capability
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner on hiring processes and deliver effective onboarding and induction experiences
- Performance & Talent: Support performance management, employee relations cases, and talent development initiatives
- Reward: Advise on salary benchmarking and contribute to compensation reviews
- Employee Relations: Manage complex ER matters and liaise with employee representatives where required
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment law, policies, and best practice standards
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and process improvements
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager role, with strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Confident managing employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coach leaders
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) with a relevant degree preferred
- Experience in multi-site or operational environments is advantageous
