International Business Sales Executive
Location: Loughmartin Business Park, Tullow, Co. Carlow. 39hrs per week.

T.E. Laboratories wishes to recruit an International Business Sales Executive in order to expand existing business and procure new overseas customers for our chemical manufacturing laboratory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate new sales opportunities with new international customers and prepare and issue accurate, timely quotations tailored to customer needs.
Manage end-to-end order processing across multiple departments within the company.
Generate invoices using SAP Business One and other electronic platforms such as Tungsten and Ariba.
Maintain and update customer records and interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot).
Proactively track orders and provide customers with clear, timely delivery updates.
Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure accurate dispatch and fulfilment of orders.
Handle customer queries across phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse & Purchasing teams to communicate customer requirements, special requests, procurement of raw materials and supplies.
Process internal documentation such as Certificates of Analysis and Alcohol Certificates with attention to detail.
Prepare commercial invoices and related shipping documents for non-EU orders.
Process customer payments and ensure accurate transaction recording.
Create and manage new product codes and system entries in line with business needs.
Support account and pipeline management, including nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities while also working closely with the Customer Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3rd level degree and 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales role.
Strong working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (experience with SAP Business One and HubSpot is a distinct advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent general computer literacy.
Previous experience in areas such as sales administration, order processing, logistics coordination, purchasing, or production support is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
