About the Role

An established pharmacy group is seeking experienced Supervising Pharmacists to join its expanding network of community pharmacies across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dispensary team while delivering outstanding patient care in a well-supported environment.

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of prescriptions in line with PSI and legal requirements.
• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the dispensary, including stock management, end-of-month claims, and reporting.
• Provide expert advice on medicines, health, and wellbeing to customers and the wider community.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve service and business goals.
• Maintain and promote professional standards, customer service excellence, and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• PSI Registration (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland) as a Supervising Pharmacist (or eligibility to register).
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience in a community pharmacy setting (as per PSI supervising requirements).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
