- Building Surveyor / Graduate Building Surveyor
- Maintenance Surveyor / Property Surveyor
- Technical Officer / Clerk of Works (Local Authority / Housing)
- Asset / Facilities Officer or Manager
- Site Engineer / Junior Site Manager looking to move into a client-side role
- Carry out property inspections, surveys, and defect diagnosis
- Oversee responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance works
- Manage contractors and ensure quality standards are met
- Support colleagues and tenants with technical advice
- Maintain accurate asset and property records
- Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or surveying
- Knowledge of housing maintenance, building pathology & health and safety
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office; AutoCAD desirable)
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Hybrid working (after probation)
