An established not-for-profit organisation providing day and residential services across Tipperary and Limerick is seeking a part-time Office & People Administrator to join their busy, friendly team.

This role supports both general & HR office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate record management for staff and service users. It’s a great opportunity for someone organised, approachable, and confident multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record-keeping
  • Manage pre-employment checks (references, vetting, medicals, qualifications)
  • Maintain HR and training databases in line with regulations
  • Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
  • Handle general office duties — calls, correspondence, filing, and supporting visitors
  • Assist management with ad-hoc HR and admin projects
About You
  • Previous office administration or HR experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
