Benefits Specialist - 12 Month Contract New

Our multinational technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Benefits Specialist for a 12-month maternity contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for benefits administration for multiple countries across EMEA and work on multiple projects for continuous process improvement, and initiatives related to automation, data and insights
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED- Provides 1^st level support for any employee queries related to compensation and benefits
- Manage partnership with benefits vendors and act as a liaison
- Administer Benefits, partnering with global stakeholders to create a positive employee experience
- Assist the business to improve process and systems solutions
- Communicate system and process changes
- Maintain documentation and data for systems and programs
- 2 years HR experience with a Benefits focus required
- Experience administering company and statutory Benefits
- Experience working on benefits related projects focused
- Case management and HRIS experience (preferably Workday)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
