Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking an experienced Team Leaders for our – Balustrade & Cladding and Pergola & Outdoor Living Departments.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading on-site installation teams and delivering high-quality installation of balustrade &cladding systems or Outdoor Structures across a range of commercial and residential projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and supervise installation teams on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Allocate daily tasks and guide installers to maintain productivity and quality.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact between the installation team, project managers, and clients.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges, escalating issues where required.
- Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, specifications, and installation plans.
- Install balustrade systems (all types) / Pergola & Outdoor structures
- Ensure correct setting out, alignment, fixing, and finishing of all installations.
- Maintain strict attention to detail, tolerances, and finishing quality.
- Ensure all work is carried out in full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, and site rules.
- Conduct on-site safety checks and ensure team members follow safe working practices.
- Identify hazards and ensure risks are properly managed and reported.
- Complete job reports, installation records, photos, and documentation using company job management software.
- Provide clear updates on progress, delays, and site issues to supervisors or project managers.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Report defects, damage, or servicing requirements promptly.
- Work across multiple sites nationwide as required.
- Be flexible to support occasional evening or weekend work depending on project requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3–4 years’ on-site installation experience,
- At least 1 year of team supervision or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of fixings, levels, tolerances, and finishing standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skil
- High level of workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to lead teams while also working hands-on when required.
- Comfortable using mobile apps or digital systems for reporting and job management.
- Full valid Irish or EU driving licence (essential).
