Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – Investments / Data

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our Investments technology team. This role focuses on data quality, automation, and validation across analytical platforms and large datasets, helping ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable investment insights.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for data validation using Python and PySpark.
• Validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to test code and data pipelines.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure scalable and reliable data systems.
• Drive improvements in QA processes, methodologies, and automation practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices.

• 7+ years’ QA or data testing experience in financial services or similar.
• 4+ years testing data pipelines and large datasets; experience with data lakes/fabrics preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark; Java and SQL a plus.
• Experience with automation, agile teams, and shift-left testing practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and change management tools (JIRA/ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams preferred.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
