Senior Chef de Partie - Co. Wexford

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a luxury hotel in Co. Wexford. This role is ideal for a CDP ready to take on more responsibility in a refined, high-standard culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a section of the kitchen and ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Supervise and support junior chefs and kitchen porters
• Ensure all HACCP and food safety regulations are followed
• Contribute to menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
• Work closely with Sous and Head Chefs to maintain efficiency during service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
