About Us:

Dabakala Ltd T/a Lois Bridges is a specialised service providing in patient/day & outpatient care for Eating Disorders. We offer comprehensive and coordinated treatment programs for adults, incorporating multidisciplinary treatment which sees collaboration between our psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatric nurses and peer support workers.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopping and food preparation for small 6 bed residential centre

Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role

Greet and Feed staff/residents in a polite and friendly manner

Cook meals as per meal plans set by dietitian

Cleaning of the kitchen after use and maintaining hygiene standards

To follow HACCP standards and procedures

Food temperature recording and documenting

Required Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures

Relevant qualifications of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare

Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative

Excellent time management skills and work ethic
