We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie (39 hrs p/w) with 2yrs+ exp. (salary of Min. €34k) for BLISS CUISINE at Millicent Golf and Country Club, located on Millicent Road, Clane, Naas, Kildare, Ireland, W91 HF54. The candidate will also work at Naas Golf Club, situated at Kerdiffstown, Naas, Kildare, Ireland, W91W864.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi-talented, and highly skilled Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards while maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and a pleasant environment.

Upholding high standards of hygiene.

Accurately preparing ingredients for senior chefs.

Precisely measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes.

Managing deliveries and stock rotation.
