Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-tier solutions to clients in the building infrastructure and facilities management sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the portfolio of products and services, including doors (manual and automatic), access control systems, partitions, and other bespoke building solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in key markets.
Engage with contractors, architects, and building managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for complex building projects.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyse competitors, and stay up to date with industry trends.
Prepare and present proposals for large-scale projects, including product specifications, timelines, and cost estimates for doors, access control systems, fire doors, roller doors, security locks, and other building safety solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of products.
Lead and manage junior sales staff, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to represent the brand effectively.
Produce regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KCC Group’s products and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Provide post-installation support and ensure clients’ satisfaction through after-sales services and technical support.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, internal sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and competitor offerings, and provide strategic recommendations.
Annual Salary: €36.000p.h: €17.30
Hours per Week: 40h
