I’m working with a well-established and highly respected independent insurance broker based in Donegal. They continue to grow and are now looking to add a Personal Lines Account Executive to their team.
The Role:
You’ll focus on managing and growing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing tailored advice and top-tier service. This includes:
- Quoting and processing policies (home, motor, etc.)
- Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Building trusted client relationships
- Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team
- Full-time OR part-time options
- Hybrid working model (2 days on-site – flexible!)
- Work with a company that invests in your growth and development
- Salary of up €37,000 p/a to and bonus potential (up to €4K/year + commission on large cases)
- Exams paid
- Generous annual leave (starting at 22 days, increasing with service)
Who we’re looking for:
- APA or actively working toward it. If you are coming from the APA IOB exams, we can also discuss the role.
- Background in insurance or banking with an interest in specialising in insurance
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- A proactive and organised team player with a professional, client-focused mindset
