Customer Service | Vehicle and Fleet Industry (Dublin)

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound telephone calls from our customers.
• Providing first class customer service our to customers.
• Issuing purchase orders to our suppliers.
• Processing of purchase invoices.
• Providing administrative support to the Service department.
• Updating our customer/driver database.
• Working closely with the Service team and Service Manager on repairs and maintenance.
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Ad hoc duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Motor/fleet industry experience (essential)
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Self-motivator and excellent team player
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and have an ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong IT skills
• Customer driven with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business
• Full Driver Licence required (EU or EEA)
