About the Role

Important: This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity. You will be working as an independent contractor, not an employee of Silverfame Group. Hours are flexible and managed by you.

Silverfame Group is expanding our nationwide sales network and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want the freedom of self-employment combined with the support of professional training and brand partnerships. As a Field Sales Representative, you will manage your own schedule and sales activity while representing well-known brands across hospitality, utilities, and payments.

This is a self-employed role with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with support from our onboarding, training, and branded resources.

• Prospect and engage new B2B customers in the field
• Qualify prospects and match them with partner solutions
• Deliver persuasive pitches and product presentations
• Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
• Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
• Build long-term relationships with clients

• Uncapped commission – your earnings are directly tied to your performance
