Reliability Engineer

The PM Group now has an opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to work on-site with a pharmaceutical client based in Dunboyne.- - Ensure equipment and processes are reliable and efficient to minimise downtime
- Develop and implement Maintenance Strategies to help prevent equipment failures and minimise facility downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and analyse data to identify potential issues before they become significant problems
- Conduct failure analysis and investigate the cause of failures and determining how to prevent them from happening in the future
- Perform and support root cause failure analysis and troubleshooting for recurring technical failures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential failure
- Assist with life cycle asset management including new asset integration, asset preservation, and retirement of assets
- Monitor line performance, generating trends and actions plans for poor equipment performance with large downtime and re-occurring issues
- Manage the site tooling matrix to ensure the right tooling is available for orders.
- Shutdown optimisation planning
- Lead and implement minor upgrades to assist reducing equipment downtime, changeover times and to improve line start up performance.
- Work with the stakeholders to assist in problem solving and take ownership and accountability for improvement actions
- - Science / Engineering Degree and 5 years plus relevant experience including with GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Proved track record for delivering on commitments and driving performance.
- Excellent organisation, communication, computer, & presentation skills.
- Excellent initiative, decision-making and be able to work in a core team
- Performance and Results driven.
