Role Overview

Lead the Agri Sales function, driving sales performance, customer engagement, advisory services, and operational efficiency across regional teams. Reports to the Head of Revenue and Commercial.

• Sales & Strategy: Lead high-performing sales teams, manage territories, analyse performance trends, and deliver on sales, margin, and market share targets.
• Customer Focus: Ensure consistent, high-quality farm engagement, develop advisory services, and support initiatives that reduce costs and enhance customer value.
• Systems & Data: Optimise CRM, ERP, and reporting systems; maintain accurate customer records and support data-driven decision-making.
• Performance & People: Coach, mentor, and develop teams; drive continuous improvement, capability building, and succession planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across internal teams, stay informed on industry trends, and communicate insights to support strategic decisions.
• Credit Management: Oversee customer accounts in line with credit policies, supporting efficient collections.

• Qualifications: Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline preferred
• Experience: 10+ years in senior commercial/agri-sales leadership
