Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to a high standard.
• Provide excellent and attentive customer service at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Comply with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock control and ordering where required.
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner to enhance their experience.
• Support the team in delivering a smooth and enjoyable service.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and drink preparation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
