Metalworking Machine Operator (CNC & Edge Banding)

SILVAHOME FURNITURE LIMITED at UNIT 13, Mastertech Bus Pk, Athlone Rd, Longford, Co. Longford, looking for 3 experienced CNC machine operators.

Role Overview: We are recruiting skilled Machine Operators for our furniture manufacturing facility. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating high-precision woodworking machinery to produce quality cabinetry and furniture components.

Key Duties:

Operate and maintain Nanxing machinery.

Specific stations include:

CNC Machining Centres (Nesting/Routing).

Automatic Edge Banding Machines.

Six-sided Drilling Machines (PTP).

Integrated Wall/Cabinet production lines.

Load materials and ensure correct program selection.

Perform quality checks on finished parts (checking dimensions and edge finishing).

Routine machine cleaning and maintenance.

Requirements:

Essential: Previous experience operating Nanxing machinery is a strict requirement for this role.

Experience in a panel processing or furniture factory environment.

Ability to read production labels and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
