Skilled operative required for permanent position in North Dublin based company.

Applicant MUST have experience in working with trades in construction, property maintenance, general services. Applicant MUST have own TOOLS and TRANSPORT preferably a van.

Work involves..

.General labouring. Clean work.

.Snagging.

.Appliance fitting.

Flatpack assembly

.Patching and painting.

.Curtain & blind fitting.

.Hanging pictures and mirrors.

.Measuring up and inventory listing.

.Moving and assembling furniture.

.Basic gardening.

.Basic carpentry.

.Basic electrics.

.Collecting and delivering materials.

The projects involve property maintenance and fit outs of residential homes. Locations vary across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to increase their hourly rate, obtain over time and travel expenses.
