Chef de Partie required to work at Falò Pizzaria Italiana Restaurant based in The Harbour, Kilcock, Co.Kildare, W23 Y1F7.

Candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, as well as maintaining high standards of quality presentations, and hygiene in the kitchen. The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar role.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes including wood fire pizzas
• Assisting the head chef and sous chef to define menu concepts and develop dishes
• Helping with the management of health and safety practices
• Monitoring supplies and assisting with costing and inventory control
• Operating and maintaining the wood-fired oven safely and efficiently.
• Handing-stretch dough and assemble pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and the ability to work with a variety of ingredients and equipment.
• Maintaining consistency, speed, and high quality.
• Good communication skills and command of spoken English
• Complying with all daily/weekly/monthly HACCP procedures and duties.
• Ability to take instructions and follow procedures from a managers
