The position will also contribute to the company’s expansion plans, including the launch of additional studio locations, by analysing market trends, identifying collaboration opportunities, and strengthening referral networks within the health and wellness sector.
The candidate’s academic background in physiotherapy and professional experience working in physiotherapy clinics and Pilates environments provides valuable industry knowledge to support the development of corporate wellness initiatives and partnerships within the rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness markets.
The role focuses on business development, partnership management, and strategic growth of the company and does not involve providing physiotherapy treatment or delivering Pilates or fitness instruction.
Skills Required
The role requires strong business development and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with corporate organisations and wellness providers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential to represent the company professionally and develop long-term collaborations.The candidate should demonstrate analytical and organisational skills to support business growth initiatives, partnership development, and expansion projects. Knowledge of the health, rehabilitation, and wellness sector is advantageous and supported by the candidate’s academic background in physiotherapy and experience working in physiotherapy clinics and Pilates environments.
The candidate should also have the ability to analyse market trends, support strategic growth initiatives, and represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and partnership discussions.
