Brackhill Holdings Ltd trading as Firgrove Hotel is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; food hygiene. Must be HACCP trained. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
Location of Employment: Cahir Hill, Mitchelstown, Cork, P67Y206, IrelandSalary: €34000 per year, 39 hour per week, €16.77 per hour.
