Application Details
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

To undertake all duties as required by South West Wexford Family Resource Centre
Be professional towards all Community users of the building including all Staff and Management at all times
Carry out daily cleaning of Toddler room; Tiny Tots; Playgroup and Playschool rooms and to ensure “Wet Floor Signs” are used at all timesDaily cleaning of items used in the childcare rooms and outside equipment to include sanitisation of toys.
Daily cleaning of childcare kitchens/ toilets and corridors
Dusting, sweeping, mopping of the above areas on a daily basis
Ensure all cleaning materials are stored in locked cupboards at all times
Inform the Childcare Manager when cleaning stock running low
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
Wear appropriate footwear and aprons and gloves, as necessary
To report any damaged furniture/shelving that may need repairs.
To be aware of own Health & Safety at all times and to have Mobile telephone on her person at all timesTo attend and participate in meetings, training and supervision sessions.
To maintain strict confidentiality with regard to all aspects of the Project both during and outside of working hours and to ask for advice, support and help, when necessary.
Time Sheets to be filled in correctly and handed in to CE Supervisor weeklyAny other duties, which may reasonably be requested by Management and Senior Staff.
