Role Overview:The Commercial Manager will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of CUC Medical & Aesthetics. This position is responsible for overseeing the financial performance, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, business development, and overall commercial strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability across all services (medical and aesthetics).
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth including new service lines, partnerships, and expansion.
Business Operations & Planning
Monitor commercial KPIs and financial targets; prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
Collaborate with clinic managers to optimise patient/client flow, pricing, and service offerings.
Marketing & Client Acquisition
Lead commercial input into marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to improve patient acquisition and retention.
Financial Oversight
Manage commercial budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Oversee pricing models, profit margins, and vendor contract negotiations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with suppliers, partners, referrers, and external agencies to strengthen commercial relationships.
Support the CEO in investor and shareholder communications when required.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial, operations, or business development role—preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, clinical environment.
Desirable Skills: Understanding of private healthcare and aesthetic industry dynamics in Ireland/UK.
Familiarity with CRM, practice management software, and digital marketing tools.
