The Organisation Design Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and governance of our organisation structure. This role manages end to end organisation design changes, ensuring alignment with our Organisation Design Principles while keeping OrgVue and S/4HANA fully in sync.Working closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, and wider stakeholders, the analyst ensures organisational restructures are implemented accurately, produces essential monthly organisation and headcount reports, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
The role also contributes to building organisation design capability across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all organisation design changes across the company, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the overall organisation structure.
- Review organisation design requests submitted via the Organisation Design SharePoint site to ensure alignment with our Organisation Design Principles, escalating to the Organisation Design Specialist when required.
- Manage the OrgVue system to accurately reflect all approved organisation design changes.
- Collaborate with the Organisation Management team in People Operations to ensure that changes are correctly implemented in S/4HANA.
- Lead the monthly reconciliation process between OrgVue and S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the integrity of organisation design information.
- Implement organisational restructures in OrgVue, working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure all necessary details are complete and accurate.
- Prepare and distribute monthly OrgVue batch reports to key stakeholders, including HR and Finance.
- Produce a monthly headcount report for the Executive Director, People & Sustainability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for OrgVue processes and Organisation Design governance across the company.
- Assist the Organisation Design Specialist with capability building initiatives and other project activities as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR analytics, organisation design, HR operations, or another data/HR systems role.
- Experience working with OrgVue or similar organisation design / workforce analytics platforms (e.g., OrgMapper, Visio org structures, HR analytics tools).
- Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Ability to interpret and reconcile data from multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining governance and data accuracy.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills with a proven ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across HR, Business and Senior Management Leadership Teams.
- Understanding of organisation design principles, including spans and layers, organisational structures, role clarity, and governance.
- Experience working with HR systems such as PHR and SAP, with the ability to extract, interpret and validate organisational data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, other relevant discipline.
- Formal training in OrgVue or experience with similar OD/HR analytics tools.
*** Hybrid working will be a feature of this role, combining remote working with attendance at base for in-person collaboration 2 days per week, subject to ongoing review. (June to September 2 days per week, increasing up to 5 days per week from September to December 2026) ***
