Customer Service Rep and Administrator New

My client base in Dublin 12 is seeking a customer service representative for immediate start. This position will be for a minimum of one month. This position will involve working Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

The successful candidate will be required to
  • Handle inbound calls and email queries
  • Process orders
  • Manage proof of delivery requests and queries
  • Answer tickets through the ticket handling system
  • Produce and update daily and month end reports
  • Track, measure and manage complaints
  • Identify any sales leads and pass details to the dedicated sales team
The ideal candidate will have
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
  • Some administration experience
  • The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite such as outlook, word and excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
