Part-Time Corporate Receptionist (Job Share)

We are currently seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join a busy corporate office based in Cork City on a part-time job share basis. This is a contract role until May, offered through a recruitment agency.

As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing front desk operations and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor access
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Polished presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and office phone systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a job share arrangement
