Part-Time Corporate Receptionist (Job Share)
We are currently seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join a busy corporate office based in Cork City on a part-time job share basis. This is a contract role until May, offered through a recruitment agency.
As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities- Managing front desk operations and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor access
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or front-of-house role
- Polished presentation and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office phone systems
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a job share arrangement
- Part-time hours (job share)
- Contract until May (potential opportunities after this)
- Corporate office environment
