We are currently recruiting part tiem Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for an elderly care setting located in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. This role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to work as part of a committed care team supporting older adults.

Role Details:

• Flexibility required to cover day and night shifts
• Shift patterns may include:
• Long days: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Short days: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Twilight shifts: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements:

• Full QQI/FETAC Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification – all 8 modules completed (essential)
• Previous experience in an elderly care or healthcare setting in Ireland
• Willingness to complete a full compliance process, including:
• Garda Vetting
• 3 x Satisfactory References
• Occupational Health Clearance
• Online and Practical Training (up-to-date and certified)
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
