The successful candidate will support the CE Supervisor in the administration and delivery of the Community Employment Childcare Programme. The role includes assisting with participant supervision, payroll and financial administration, coordination of accredited training, and ensuring compliance with Department of Social Protection (DSP) requirements.
Essential Requirements:
Applicants must hold:
- QQI Level 5 Major Award (or higher) in a relevant discipline- Administration, Training, Childcare.
- Have previous office skills to undertake relevant administration duties.
- Strong organisational and IT skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Childcare training and the QQI Framework desirable.
- Payroll/accounts experience desirable.
- Knowledge of the Community Employment Programme desirable.
- People management skills desirable.
- Undertake Garda Vetting.
Contract: Full-time, subject to DSP funding and CE conditions
