Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.

Actively participate in hands-on work across multiple trades when required.

Read and interpret construction plans and drawings accurately.

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and suppliers.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure excellence in all work.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction foreman in construction.

Carpenter 1st & 2nd Fix (Preferably with other multi trades eg; Roofing, Groundworks and Bricklaying)

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret Architectural and Technical drawings.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Valid driving license.
