What you'll do: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards and client requirements
Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all timesManage food production within budget, ensuring effective control of ingredients, waste, and labour
Deliver visually appealing, customer-focused meals that enhance the dining experience
Support smooth kitchen operations, including stock security and counter service when required
Stay updated on modern culinary techniques to continuously improve service and offerings
Work collaboratively with catering staff, clients, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient service
Assist with special functions, events, and occasional overtime when needed
What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Chef with strong culinary and presentation skills
Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and health & safety regulationsAbility to work efficiently within budget guidelines while maintaining high standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and serve customers
A proactive and flexible approach, with willingness to support special functions and overtime
Professionalism and pride in representing Sodexo with a clean, well-presented uniform
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle feedback effectively
Willingness to mentor and support new colleagues through on-the-job training
