Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (hotel or fine dining restaurant)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for food, attention to detail, and excellent presentation skills
- Team player with the ability to support junior staff
