Your Role
Provide person-centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and independent living skills.
Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with New Directions.
Support service users with personal care, communication, and emotional well-being.
Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
Build positive relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate records in line with HIQA standards and TerraGlen policies.
Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and quality improvements.

Work collaboratively as part of a warm, respectful team environment.

What You’ll Need
Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU-approved discipline.

CORU Registration (or proof of CORU application) — mandatory from 30 November as per the Social Care Workers Registration Board.

Recognised qualification route or
Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
Full, clean Driving Licence with a minimum of two years’ experience.

A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.

Vetting Requirement

Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through the National Vetting Bureau.
