Hours between 7am and 4pm
Monday to Friday (Saturdays on rotation)
€15.21 per hour

Caretaker / Maintenance Operative
What you will do: Ensure all areas are maintained and serviced in accordance with O and M and other statutory regulations
Undertake and carry out supervisor duties to monitor cleaning activities and directly report non-conformance to the managerEnsure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards
Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance to COSHH guidelines
Ensure the cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment is stored correctly and safely at all times
Carry out basic maintenance repairs and tasks such as painting, window cleaning
Carry out monthly PPM checks
Set up for events and meetings
Move furniture throughout site
What you will bring: Experience working in a cleaning team
Excellent customer service skills and communication skillsExperience working in a standards/compliance environment
Knowledge of COSHH
