BudsiDesk is a friendly, modern virtual assistant platform designed for freelancers and solo traders. We're gearing up to launch and are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Admin to help us build buzz, drive awareness, and grow our community.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, execute, and optimise digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms
Create fun, helpful content (posts, videos, reels, etc.) aligned with our brand
Collaborate on email campaigns and newsletters
Manage our online community – respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers
Monitor KPIs and provide campaign reports and insights
Suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Who You Are:
You have experience running and analysing digital campaigns (paid + organic)
A strong communicator with a playful tone and professional instincts
You're comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AI tools to build content.
You understand creative storytelling and branding
Passion for digital marketing with experience in startups, freelancers, B2B marketing or fintech
Excellent writing skills (English)
Bonus: Familiarity with automation tools
