As a Facilities Coordinator with Sodexo, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our site. You’ll be at the heart of facilities operations — ensuring services are well-coordinated, finances are accurately managed, and health and safety standards are upheld.Enjoy a role where you’ll make a real difference every day.
What you'll doSupport day-to-day facilities operations on site
Process and reconcile supplier invoices
Act as a key contact for client queries
Work with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues
Champion Health & Safety on site
Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Provide general administrative support to the Facilities team
What you'll bringExperience in a facilities, admin, or coordination role
Experience with invoice processing and reconciliation
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Health & Safety (desirable)
