CPL Limerick are recruiting for an experienced Front of house receptionist / Administrator to join a busy team based in Limerick .
This role is a temporary contract starting on Monday 25^th August to Friday 26^th September 2025
The role is based in Limerick working 5 days on site, the successful person will be responsible for the following duties:
- Phone Management, answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff members, and taking messages.
- Greeting customers, providing a friendly and welcoming environment, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and managing appointment calendars.
- Administrative Tasks. handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining patient records.
- Effectively communicating with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within professional services
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
