Imogeela Killeagh Parish CE Scheme is looking for an administrative assistant at Greywood Arts CLG in Killeagh, Co. Cork
The responsibilities and training for this role will include: Managing invoicing and payment processing
Overseeing the rental calendar and coordinating with renters and studio artists-in-residenceMaintaining digital archives and implementing administrative procedures
Supporting the planning, promotion, and delivery of cultural events
Developing relevant computer skills for the role include proficiency in: Microsoft Office and Google Suite (documents and spreadsheets)
File management systemsCanva (graphic design)
Social media platforms and scheduling software
QuickBooks Online (accounting)
