Italian Customer Service Representative New

ITALIAN - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative who can speak fluent Italian. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.

This role will have hybrid working options after a probation period with the role being based in Galway City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.
• Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
• Working in a safe manner at all times.
• Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written required
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service oriented role. - - advantageous but not essential
• Strong communications skills
• Driver License preferable
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
