General Operative with Counterbalance License
Hands-on role for a Counterbalance Operator has just opened in South Dublin, offering a fulltime permanent contract. This role provides you with an opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a growing company within the logistics industry, where precision and teamwork are highly valued.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Counterbalance Operator, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. This position is critical to ensuring smooth operations, as you will be responsible for picking and packing products using the counterbalance.Additionally, you will participate in other warehouse activities such as loading and unloading goods, conducting stock takes, and receiving products in the goods-in department, ensuring accuracy in accordance with documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Operating counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse while adhering strictly to safety regulations.
- Accurately pick and pack stock according to the companies’ requirements.
- Assist the warehouse to manage and process stock, ensuring accurate data entry into Warehouse Management Systems.
- Maintain a clean organised and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the Good in department while managing incoming deliveries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Counterbalance Forklift
- Valid Counterbalance Certificate.
- Manual Handling Certificate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with HVAC products a distinct advantage.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5:00pm.
