Financial Controller

We are working with a well-established and growing company in North Tipperary, seeking a Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of 4 and shape the future of the company’s financial strategy.

This is more than just a finance role – it’s a key business partner position for someone who wants to lead, influence, and drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full finance function with direct leadership of the team
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Lead on costing, cashflow management, compliance, and audits
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and decision-making
• Implement and improve financial systems and internal controls
• Provide guidance on IT operations and drive tech-enabled efficiencies

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role
• Strong costing and payroll experience (IPASS qualification advantageous)
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment ideal
• Excellent communication and systems skills
