Facilities Coordinator – Limerick
Our client, a growing Facilities Management company delivering excellence across commercial and industrial sites is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. This is a key coordination role based in Co. Limerick, supporting the delivery of maintenance and support services across multiple client portfolios.The position offers long-term career growth in a fast-moving and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Reporting to senior management, you’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure that all maintenance operations are delivered to a high standard, on time and in compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate delivery of PPM contracts across commercial and industrial clients
- Schedule and manage maintenance activities with internal teams and subcontractors
- Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day service communications
- Track and ensure timely completion of ad-hoc and reactive job requests
- Monitor subcontractor KPIs, performance standards, and compliance (including H&S)
- Maintain accurate job records, service logs, and client reports using CAFM systems
- Assist in the mobilisation of new client sites and onboarding of services
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational systems and service workflows
- 3–5+ years’ experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or service operations
- Strong understanding of PPM scheduling and contractor management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with CAFM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook essential)
- Professional, client-focused attitude with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
- Knowledge of statutory compliance in building maintenance is highly desirable
- Full clean driver’s licence preferred
- Competitive salary of €45,000 – €55,000
