Supervisor
Overview:
The Supervisor plays a key role in the success of our brand by managing the daily operations of the store. This role requires a motivated and dynamic individual who can lead a sales team, support sales strategies, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store administration.Working closely with the Store Manager, the Supervisor helps oversee team development, sales targets, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Sales Support
The Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding the sales team, offering daily support and helping team members grow professionally. They assist in implementing sales strategies and tracking progress toward goals, while ensuring the team has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Customer Experience
Providing outstanding customer service is a top priority. The Supervisor engages with customers to assist with their needs, answer questions, and help create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Store Operations and Oversight
This role includes overseeing daily shop operations, setting routines for opening and closing, and ensuring all store procedures are followed. The Supervisor also manages stock levels, handles cash accurately, and works to optimize the store layout for efficiency and profitability.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Monitoring team and individual performance is crucial. The Supervisor provides constructive feedback, supports improvement plans, and submits regular reports on sales, inventory, and team progress to upper management.
Training and Development
The Supervisor plays a key role in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to the existing team. They work with the Store Manager to help staff build their skills and grow within the company.
Customer Service and Safety

Operational Efficiency and Inventory Control

Supporting loss prevention efforts is also part of the role. This includes promoting security awareness, monitoring inventory, and helping to prevent stock loss.
