About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified BER Assessor to join a growing consultancy specialising in energy consultation, solutions, design, and implementation for both domestic and commercial projects. The role will involve working across the Munster and South Connacht areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct domestic BER assessments and provide completed documentation to clients.
• Perform heat pump technical assessments.
• Advise clients on how to improve energy efficiency in their properties.
• Manage and deliver projects according to client requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest regulations and standards in energy efficiency.
• Travel to various sites for property surveys (office and on-site work).

Requirements:

• Qualification in engineering or a related field.
• SEAI BER Assessor Qualification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Office, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail, particularly for accurate drawings and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full driving license (required).
