### *What You Bring:*
✔️ *Fluent in German (written & spoken)* – essential!
✔️ *3-5 years of underwriting/claims experience* (Life/Serious Illness) or a *medical background* (e.g., nursing).
✔️ Strong analytical skills & ability to *make sound, timely decisions*.
✔️ Excellent communication & organizational skills.
