We are currently recruiting friendly, professional, and dependable Relief Medical Administrators to provide essential front-of-house and administrative support across multiple healthcare locations. This is a great opportunity for adaptable individuals who enjoy working in diverse settings and can integrate quickly into different teams and sites.

• Two positions based in East Cork
• One multi-site position covering various locations across Cork (a full, clean driving licence is required for this role)

• Relief / On-call hours
• 6-week rolling contracts

• Primarily overnight shifts, 6:00pm - 8:00am
• €18+ per hour base rate (additional shift allowances may apply)

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
• Complete administrative duties including data entry and mail handling
• Adhere to site-specific procedures, policies, and security protocols
• Provide reception and administrative cover across multiple locations as required
• Be flexible to work overnight shifts when scheduled

• Previous experience in a receptionist, medical administration, or customer service role is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently
• Access to own transport is highly advantageous due to multi-site coverage
• A full, clean driving licence is required for the multi-location role
