A well-established and respected hospitality venue specialising in weddings and private events is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and run your assigned kitchen sectionPrepare, cook, and present dishes to consistent high standards
Maintain food quality and portion control
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
Support senior chefs during busy service periods
Assist with stock control and organisation
Maintain cleanliness and discipline within your section
Candidate Profile
2–3 years’ experience as Chef de PartieExperience in high-volume or event catering preferred
Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Team-oriented and professional attitude
Good level of English communication
Commitment to long-term employment
